The beginning of our work
“The inception of the Sima foulad jahan Company construction project dates back to the summer of 2010. The directors and shareholders of Jahan Foulad Gharb, Jahan Sanat Kermanshah, and Bisotoun steel company, who are, in fact, the founders of the Shokri Industrial Group, identified an opportunity to complete their portfolio of steel products. With the availability of raw materials (steel billets) at Bisotoun steel and the expertise of Jahan Sanat Kermanshah in manufacturing the necessary rolling mill equipment, all the prerequisites for establishing this production company were in place. Construction of foundation and skeleton
by the importance of supporting domestic industry, the construction project of Sima foulad jahan Company was not outsourced to foreign companies, thanks to the foresight and full trust of the managing directors. Instead, it was entrusted to Jahan Sanat Kermanshah, a subsidiary of the Shokri Industrial Group. Jahan Sanat Kermanshah is a knowledge-based company that relies on the expertise of domestic engineers and is active in the production of industrial equipment, particularly in the rolling industry.”

equipment installation
It took 8 months from the beginning of the construction of the substructure to the completion of the building of Sima Fould Jahan Company, and simultaneously with the leveling of the floor of the area, the construction and connection of the equipment foundation was carried out by Jahan Sanat Company. A noteworthy point in this project is that 100% of all equipment was built by Jahan Sanat Kermanshah Company is considered a record in the country and in the field of localization of steel industry. The localized equipment was installed on the company’s platform within 10 months and the company was close to the launch stage.

Setting up
Sima foulad jahan Steel Company finally officially started its activity in the winter of 2009. In its first production, this company started to produce standard rebar with type A2, the raw materials of which were supplied from ingots produced by Zob Ahan Bistun Company and with the highest quality and under All quality control items were approved by the standards department.

Target
By employing about 200 engineers, specialists and local workers as direct employment, as well as the production capacity of 300,000 tons of rebar in two types A1 and A2, Sima Fould Jahan is ready to produce all kinds of construction and industrial rebar for the implementation of large and small projects. And the export of this steel product to the neighboring countries will benefit from its maximum potential.
