The head of the Youth Industry and Mines House of Kermanshah Province esteemed
consumers as the foremost capital for producers and stated: “It is the duty of
producers to deliver quality goods at fair prices to consumers.” According to the public
relations report from the Shokri Group, Engineer Jahandar Shokri, during the 9th
ceremony honoring top units supporting consumer rights in Kermanshah Province, held
on February 27, 2023, with the presence of the Governor of Kermanshah, the Deputy
for Economic Affairs, the Director-General of Industry, Mines and Trade of Kermanshah
Province, the Provincial Directorate of Economy and Finance, the CEO of the Industrial
Towns Company of Kermanshah Province, and various private sector managers,
expressed: “Today, despite the challenging conditions Kermanshah has endured, we
witness industries that not only prosper within the country but also extend their reach
across the region and Asia.”He stated: “We are in Kermanshah Province with industries
whose products have found markets not only domestically but also in the food and
construction sectors in other countries. The CEO of Behestan Steel Complex regarded
making affordable products accessible to consumers as dependent on supporting
producers, stating: ‘A good manager must excel even in difficult circumstances.’ He
viewed supporting producers as creating conditions conducive to increased
production, adding: ‘Increased production enhances quality and reduces prices.’Shokri emphasized: ‘Cuts in water, electricity, and gas concern producers.
Reduced production and high fixed costs make it difficult to deliver goods at reasonable prices
to customers, limiting our fellow citizens’ options and making work harder.’ He stressed
that all of us as producers must consider Iran and our province to deliver quality
products at fair prices to consumers, saying: ‘We expect consumers to buy Iranian
goods, consume them, and express their opinions about Iranian products.’ A member
of the Iran Steel Association’s board highlighted Iran’s achievement of ninth place in
global steel production, recalling: ‘This is where one should acknowledge those who
wanted to put the country’s industry to sleep.’ This entrepreneurial youth declared:
‘Standing on the economic front, I need two supports: first, buy Iranian products;
second, buy Kermanshahi products.’ He kept alive the memory of his late grandfather,
Aziz Shokri, stating: ‘My grandfather, as the first generation industrialist in our family,
used to say: “Think that the product you produce and intend to hand over to someone
is that person’s entire life.”‘ In this ceremony, the Kermanshah Governor counted
purchasing Kermanshahi products as a significant step towards prosperity in
production and employment for the province, stating: ‘Fortunately, our industrial units
have quality products, and with proper promotion and introduction, the people of
Kermanshah will surely welcome these goods.’Mohammad Taeb Sahraei stated: “The
scientific movement of the Islamic Republic’s system has even been acknowledged by
its detractors, indicating that our country continues to progress despite these
challenging conditions.” He added: “In capitalist systems, people’s respect is due to
the cost they incur for purchasing goods, but in non-material and progressive
perspectives, humans possess dignity and honor simply by being human.”
The Kermanshah Governor, in another part of his speech, emphasized that the
progress and prosperity of Kermanshah require unity and greater effort, stating further:
“Kermanshah is abundant in capabilities and opportunities, and if we all cooperate, this
province can be much more beautiful, advanced, and leading than its current state.”
Sahraei regarded the establishment of the 5th of August as Kermanshah National Day
as the result of several months of effort, stating: “I invite all industrialists, producers,
and entrepreneurs to showcase their capabilities and capacities domestically and
internationally on Kermanshah National Day.” He introduced the purchase of
Kermanshahi products by the people as a significant step towards production and
employment in the province, saying: “Fortunately, our industrial units have quality
products, and with proper cultural promotion and introduction, the people of
Kermanshah will surely embrace these goods.”Kermanshah province” width=”750″ height=”400″>The senior manager also announced plans for organizing an international conference
on Kermanshah National Day, stating: “This conference will provide a platform for
introducing the capabilities of local companies and investment opportunities.” The
Director General of Industry, Mines, and Trade of Kermanshah Province mentioned that
the process of recognizing superior units supporting consumer rights occurs annually,
stating: “Within the framework of indicators communicated by the Support
Organization for Provinces, production units or service providers must achieve a
minimum score in these indicators.” Engineer Darabi added: “In my opinion, respecting
consumer rights does not necessarily mean under-selling or over-selling, but timely
provision of goods is also very effective.” He emphasized: “Even alongside timely
provision of goods, after-sales services must also receive special attention. When a
consumer purchases a product and encounters an issue, the supplier should accept
the return and replacement of the product openly.” According to Darabi, in a
professionally ethical conduct, both the supplier and the consumer should respect
each other. He recalled: “In the light of the Quranic verses, we should strive to be
among those who are beloved to God.”
